Three tips before you start
- Bake small: swap cookies get eaten in twos and threes, not one giant each.
- Pick doughs that freeze — shape ahead, bake the morning of, and the box smells like it should.
- One soft, one crisp, one chocolate: a tin that covers all three never comes home full.
